Greensboro was known as a center of the southern textile industry. This unique place has a style all its own-designed around GSO's rich history in industrial textile mills. Our 3rd-floor (stairs only) condo offers all the feels-like-home amenities.

Enjoy a short walk through Historic Fisher Park into downtown GSO!

• Please note that this property is located on an upper level with three flights of stairs and no elevator access — guests will need to climb stairs to reach the unit.

• The building is heated by a central steam system that’s managed by the HOA, so the heat schedule is consistent but not individually adjustable. For those extra-chilly days, we’ve provided space heaters so you can stay as toasty as you like.

• This is a quiet, residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours after 10 PM. The home is professionally cleaned and stocked before every stay with all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable visit. If anything comes up during your stay, just reach out — we’re nearby and happy to help, but we’ll always give you space to relax and make yourself at home.

Check that all windows and doors are closed and locked. Please let us know if anything has been damaged that we need to take care of. If something needs to be repaired, we’ll let you know.

Host was helpful and responsive, condo well stocked and spacious. Only negatives is parking on street and noise from road. Nice park nearby and liked the fact it was pet friendly.

Traveling with pets and this place was awesome to allow up to 3.. The place was clean, cute and close to a park, which was great for the dogs since the building’s front yard is gated and you can’t access it. The host provided bathroom and kitchen essentials which was helpful if you forget anything. The building is historic and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. So be prepared for strong legs after your stay.

The property was exactly as shown in the listing. Although it is a 2Br condo the unit is extremely spacious. Literally less than 10 minutes to NCAT. Communication was seemless as well. I enjoyed the property so much that I've considered purchasing the unit below for myself.
