Das geräumige Appartment im 1. Stock, mitten in der Dresdener Altstadt ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Kurze Wege zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten, guter Nahverkehr mit Straßenbahn und Bus, sowie mehrere Parkplätze in unmittelbarer Nähe. Im Sommer allerdings bei geöffnetem Fenster etwas unruhig in den Morgenstunden.
