The beautiful and modern villa complex, featuring Villa Strandläufer, was newly built in 2019 and is located in the Baltic Sea resort town of Baabe on Strandstraße, right next to the kilometer-long Baltic Sea beach.
Your centrally located yet quiet holiday apartment is the perfect starting point for a relaxing yet eventful holiday.
On the terrace of your holiday apartment, you can start or end the day in peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery, and unwind in the evening to the sound of the waves.
From the villa, it’s just a short walk (about 100 m) to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, perfect for swimming, relaxing, playing, or enjoying water sports.
The clean and largely unspoiled beach stretches from the Baltic Sea resort of Sellin to the Baltic Sea resort of Göhren (5 km) and is perfect for unwinding, whether in a beach chair or on a stroll along the shore.
The Mönchgut Peninsula, the southeastern part of the island of Rügen, has more to offer than just the sea. This includes, among other things, beautiful coastal forests towards Sellin/Binz, the Baaber Heide, and boat tours on the Baltic Sea or the Bodden. The island is best explored on well-maintained bike paths.
You can slow down and travel like in the old days on the Rasender Roland narrow-gauge railway.
The spa park and the Haus des Gastes are located directly across from the villa complex.
For culture lovers, not only does the spa park host events in the summer, but the Lachmöwe cabaret theatre also offers entertainment year-round.
There are several restaurants, cafes, and souvenir shops along the beach promenade as well as on Strandstraße. A supermarket and a bakery are also just a few minutes away.
