The exclusive beach residence sea view, consisting of houses A, B and C, is nestled between the sea and a beautiful park. The nearest beach access is only 30m away.

Our apartment 'VielMeer' is located on the 2nd Upper floor (sea side) in the main building A, located directly in the dunes. Due to the preferred location of this house, you can quickly forget everyday life, as this part of the system is car-free.

The wellness and pool area as well as the saunas can be reached directly from the apartment with the lift in any weather.

You can park your vehicle comfortably in the underground car park. From here the lift takes you comfortably to the apartment.

The apartment has a spacious living / dining area with excl. Solid wood furniture (Wöstmann) and a modern equipped kitchenette, (hackers) as well as a dining table for 3 people, a high quality sofa bed, (Messina / Bali) flat screen TV, radio and CD player.

You can end a nice day in the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace.

From the spacious balcony with lounge chairs and the apartment you can enjoy the view of the sea and the sound of the sea.

The separate, dreamily furnished bedroom with a direct sea view is furnished with a double bed (7-zone cold foam mattresses) and spacious solid wood furniture (Wöstmann). A second flat-screen TV and make-up area complete the exclusive equipment.

The bathroom has a walk-in wellness shower, wash basin with large-area LED mirror, make-up mirror, hairdryer and radio.

Es hat uns sehr gefallen - einziger Wermutstropfen war das nach unserem Geschmack mangelhafte Wäschepaket - unser Vorschlag: Handtücher und Bettwäsche bitte bei 60 Grad waschen lassen (dann "muffelt" sie nicht).

Es war ein schöner 5-tägiger Kurzurlaub. Die Lage der Wohnung im 2. Stock mit Balkon ermöglichte einen direkten Blick zum Meer, das Schwimmbad und die Sauna waren sauber und für die Vorsaison ausreichend groß. Das Apartment selbst hatte alles was man brauchte. Kommen gerne wieder.

Baabe ist immer wieder toll

Das Haus Meeresbriese liegt fantastisch, direkt am Park, wenige Meter bis zum Strand. Unsere Ferienwohnung hatte einen fantastischen Blick auf das Meer und war sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist die Breite der Tiefgaragenplätze, zwei größere Fahrzeuge nebeneinander lassen kaum Platz zum Öffnen der Türen. Aber das ist wirklich das Einzige, was man beachten sollte-sonst Platz für Fahrräder, Schwimmbecken, Sauna und einfach eine tolle Gegend. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, hat Nachfragen sofort beantwortet und die Anmeldung bei Interdomizil vor Ort ging zügig.

Die Fewo ist einfach klasse, die Lage in direkter Strandnähe, sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und Raumaufteilung, direkter Zugang ( Fahrstuhl) zu Bad/Sauna und Parkhaus macht den Urlaub sehr entspannt! Selbst bei nicht so perfektem Wetter eine tolle Unterkunft!

Perfekte Wohnung, sehr zu empfehlen

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man in einer Ferienwohnung braucht. Die Lage ist sehr gut, direkt in Strandnähe und dennoch direkt mit dem Auto erreichbar. Ausserdem gibt es in der Anlage eine Bäckerei mit Kaffee.
