Other things to note
Please note that the apartment does not have a water cistern or generator. On rare occasions, water or electricity service may be temporarily interrupted by the utility companies. While extended outages are uncommon, these situations are beyond the host’s control.

If a water or power interruption lasts more than 3 hours, guests may cancel the reservation and request a refund for unused nights only. Refunds are not provided for nights already stayed.
