About this property

Maralago Palmas Del Mar - Slice of Paradise

Our place has a great balcony view of the lake and the pool. We have the Palmas Del Mar beach access. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms all fairly new furnished. We are on the 2nd floor and one of the few places in Palmas Del Mar with an elevator. We have 2 parking spots. There is security on this gated community. Palmas Del Mar has two beautiful championship golf courses. There are several restaurants near by. We will leave a list of our recommendations in the apartment.

Awesome condo at great location

The condo was awesome, super clean, and comfortable for six guests. Very safe and easy access to highways. The resort has a lot to offer, fresh fish for lunch at La Pescaderia was delicious, and multiple walking paths to relax. Overall great location.

We were very pleased with the location and cleanliness of this place. All amenities were provided such as sheets, towels soaps etc. It has a gorgeous view of the pool but sadly, COVID kept us from using it until the last day there. Owners were very attentive and responsive

Winter Getaway

Living in the midwest, winters can be bitter and nearly never ending. So, we wanted to try to get away to a more hospitable climate where the weather is consistently warm and where we can seamlessly work remotely. Found that in Puerto Rico where you don't really need a weather person as the days are nearly all the same: hot, humid, a mix of full to partially sunny skies, occasional rain that comes down in short spurts and dries nearly immediately and where there is so much to do if you are industrious enough to venture out. Unfortunately for us, we happened to come here 9 days before a world-wide pandemic shut everything down so our ability to take advantage of the sights and activities after work were severely limited. That said, we could still walk and hike nearly every day after work and it was much better than spening the lockdown in Michigan! The apartment is large enough to accommodate 2 people working and the wifi was TERRIFIC! Only lost connection when we lost power which is a fairly common occurrence in Puerto Rico but which, on average, only happened about once a week and generally for 30 minutes or less so we were able to continue. Had it not been for the lockdown, we would have enjoyed the private pool and hot tub in this community, we would have spent more time at the beach which is only a short 5 minute walk from the property, and spent more time playing tennis, pickleball, water aerobics and at the fitness center on site. Owners were so very easy to communicate with and responded immediately to an issues that arose. We would definitely recommend this unit!

Excellent property to stay at to enjoy Puerto Rico.

Everything was very nice. It's a 2 bdrm apartment, but never heard or saw neighbors except for an occasional barking dog as we went by their door on our way to our apartment. The owner was very prompt on answering questions thru text or calling us when needed. The beds were very comfortable. Master bdrm has bathroom and special area with vanity for hair/makeup. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony every day watching for iguanas, which we saw a few. We mainly stayed here to sleep & have breakfast as we went exploring the island rest of our days here. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to PR. This was a perfect place to come back to from a long day of enjoying the beautiful island of Puerto Rico.

Amazing property!

We stayed here for a month and absolutely loved the condo! There was plenty of space for us to spread out as I was working remotely and our daughter was in school virtually. The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for all the comforts of home. We sat on the balcony every night and enjoyed the gorgeous view of the pool & fountain. It looks just like the photos! The owners were great communicators! I highly recommend this property!

Perfect Location

The Palmas Maralargo Location was perfect. A great place to getaway and just relax. Unfortunately we were not able to enjoy the beaches and pool due to the Heightened Restrictions Due to COVID-19 however we enjoyed ourselves. The owners were very nice and communication was excellent. Definitely recommend and we will hopefully be back again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property! Very nice! Everything we needed and great location. Very clean and and comfortable. The property is situated where you over-look the pool area which is surrounded by ponds and well maintained landscape providing you with a relax feel from the balcony. Inside the furniture was laid out very well and above all, very clean.
