"Arrive and feel right at home." Completely renovated in 2020, this holiday rental is idyllically situated in the Upper Bavarian town of Flintsbach a.Inn in the Bavarian Alps. The 100-square-meter duplex apartment is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse, featuring a large balcony and a separate entrance, and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is furnished in a high-quality, modern style.
Furnished in a high-quality, modern style, the apartment features 2 large bedrooms with double beds (160 and 180 cm wide) as well as 2 additional fold-out mattresses, 1 bathroom with a rain shower, a washing machine, and a hair dryer; 1 guest bathroom; a fully equipped kitchen including an ironing board and iron; and a spacious living room with a cosy sofa set and a flat-screen TV. From the balcony, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, including the Maiwand and the Riesenkopf. Both Wi-Fi and two parking spaces directly in front of the house are provided free of charge. The apartment is non-smoking. A Weber electric grill is also available. Rates include: bed linens, towels, toilet paper for 1–2 nights, hand soap, dish soap, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags. For short stays of 1–2 nights, a one-time surcharge of 60 euros will be charged. Dogs are allowed for an additional fee of 15 euros per dog per night. Final cleaning: 60 euros. Information regarding additional fees for short stays, dogs, and final cleaning will be provided via email.
You can set out directly from the house on nearby hikes, such as to Falkenstein Castle and the local mountains, including Petersberg and Hohe Asten. In addition, the beautifully situated surroundings of Flintsbach offer a wide variety of recreational activities for all ages and seasons: Hiking in the Manfall Mountains, biking in the Inn Valley, swimming at the Flintsbach natural swimming pool or in the surrounding lakes, rock climbing, paragliding, skiing, sledding, and more.
