The place itself was very clean, smelled very nice, and had everything that we needed. We especially appreciated the Nespresso machine, washer/dryer unit, and the parking garage. The rooms and bathrooms were as we expected. However, the location is further by foot from local attractions than we thought. There was a lot of construction going on during our stay, so we had no good view out the window or terrace and very loud machines whirring outside. The parking arrangement is not explained clearly on the listing, so that caused a lot of difficulty for our very short stay in Vienna.

Schöner Aufenthalt in Wien

Für 3 oder 4 Personen super geeignet! Wir waren zu dritt und es hat echt perfekt vom Platz gelangt. Die Lage ist super (ubahn, Bahnhof, Tram, alles gleich um die Ecke), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch super viele vorhanden. Verhungern kann man bei der Auswahl an Restaurants und Wirtschaften ebenfalls nicht. Bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter gehabt, es war regnerisch kalt. Aber dafür kann die Wohnung ja nichts :) Zwei Schlafräume, klein aber gut, Badezimmer und getrennte Toilette - perfekt - Küche gut ausgestattet (haben dort aber nur gefrühstückt), Kaffeemaschine und Kaffee vorhanden! Wohnküche hat auch gut gepasst!

Perfect spot for a family trip to Vienna

We stayed in this flat for 3 nights as a family of five. The flat is very conveniently located, close to Westbahnhof and other stops of the Oeffis, so it was perfect to explore various attractions in the city. The flat has everything we wanted, we particularly enjoyed the roof-top terrace. Siegfried was a very nice host, offering advice and was very responsive. Would definitely go there again.

Top Unterkunft um Wien zu erkunden

Die Fereinwohnung ist sehr gut gelegen, um Wien zu erkunden . Zum Westbahnhof sind es nur 4 min zu laufen und man erreicht mit U- und Straßenbahn alle in kurzer Zeit. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Die Betten top und zur Selbstverpflegung findet man alle Utenesilien in der Küche. Wir können diese Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen!

Parksituation und 2. Bad

Guten Tag, die Angaben in der Beschreibung der Wohnung mit zwei Bädern fanden wir nicht korrekt. Es müsste richtig lauten 1 Bad und 1 WC. Das WC kann man nicht als Bad bezeichnen. Das wäre nur berechtigt, wenn eine zweite Dusche o.ä. vorhanden ist. Wir haben zwei WC erwartet. Enttäuschend war die Parksituation. Durch die Einführung der Kurzparkzone am 1.3.22 und die doch sehr spärliche Beschilderung haben uns natürlich prommt zwei Mal Bussgelder (72 Euro!!) eingehandelt. An die Stadt Wien = wo soll man parken, wenn man mit Auto anreist und öffentliche Verkehrsmittel nutzt? An den Vermieter = ein Hinweis wäre wünschenswert gewesen. Ansonsten war wir sehr zufrieden. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht, um schöne Tage in Wien zu verbringen. Lage ist super. Westbahnhof ist in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Von hier aus kommt man gut und schnell zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Geschäfte und Supermarkt sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Wohnung ,und kommen bestimmt wieder !!!
