3 minute walk to the beach that hosts the Lincoln City Kite Festival on June 22nd & 23rd and again in the Fall September 7th & 8th. Fun and festivities fill the day with kites, food and music! My personal favorites are the synchronized stunt kites!

The canal is a beautiful habitat brimming with birds year round. In the Spring our guests are in for a real treat because the canal becomes a nursery for our new generation of migratory ducks. Enjoy birdwatching from our back deck & kitchen window
It's Fall ya'll which is sunset season on the beaches of Lincoln City. Beach access is a short two block walk away to take in the evening colors. Cozy up to a beach bonfire, roast marshmallows and enjoy the romantic and breathtaking coastal views.
