All dishes must be washed. Load dishwasher and turn on prior to check-out.
All trash, including unwanted fridge items, goes in the outdoor caged trash can and latched properly
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No Pets, No Smoking, No Parties/Event and No Loud music, No Illegal Activity. No unauthorized guests on property.
Guest must follow checkout instructions, follow all cabin rules or additional fees will incur.
Rental agreement must be signed and cabin deposit authorized prior to gaining entry to property.
