Important Things to Note:

• Parking is available for 2 vehicles in each garage. Additional parking is available in the parking lot and on the street on a first come, first serve basis.

• These are 4-story townhomes—stairs are required to access the main entrance as well as the bedrooms.

• Private laundry is available during your stay.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.

• This home includes two sister units, Music City A and Music City B, located side by side on the same property. You may see guests coming and going from Music City C during your stay. Groups needing additional space may wish to consider Music City Trio, which provides access to all three homes.

• Check-in time is 4:00 PM. Early check-in cannot be confirmed in advance, but if the property is ready before 4:00 PM on your arrival day, you’ll be automatically notified.

• Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out must be requested within 24 hours of your departure and is subject to availability. Approval is not guaranteed and additional fees may apply.

• We recommend considering travel insurance, just in case any unexpected changes come up. We do stick to our cancellation policy and want to make sure you're covered!

• We provide bedding, towels and a small starter set of essentials to help get you settled. Feel free to message us for details on what’s included.

• Salt, pepper, and cooking oil are not provided unless otherwise noted.

• Cookware, bakeware, utensils, are available for guest use.
