Getaway Weekend Trip

This house accommodated 8 people with plenty of space. It was close to downtown and other popular locations. The check-in and out process seamless and would recommended for a weekend getaway.

CLEAN AND SPACIOUS BNB

I loved everything about this booking from the great communication, easy check in, and spacious bnb with the cleanness of whole unit. The rooms were very homey. I would 10/10 recommend and book again. Thank you very much for my stay, we really enjoyed ourselves.

Great huge clean house!

Amazing stay! Nice rooms and beds. Neighborhood was good. We will book it again, all 9 people had a blast. Recommend!!

Cousins Trip

This property was the perfect place to stay for our annual cousins trip! Plenty of room for everyone :-) Location was another positive. Close enough to downtown, yet far enough not to get caught up and all the hustle and bustle.

Best 30th Birthday

It was such a great stay! Super Awesome property! We loved the location. Check in was super easy and communication between the host and I was very easy and I had quick responses! The property was clean and such a fun vibe! Definitely would stay there again!

Amazing!!!

This place was amazing!! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We plan a family vacation every year and this by far was the best place we’ve stayed in thus far. It’s literally 10 minutes from everything! The outdoor space was amazing and the view of the city line was breathtaking. We will definitely be booking with Chady again!

Great spot to enjoy all that Nashville has to offer

We love this property and will book it again. The night view from the rooftop was great; you can see the city from there. The kitchen is spacious and the rooms are as described. Kitchen/dining/living area is an open format. It was an easy Uber to downtown. Loved it!

Weekend Stay w/ Family

Nice property with a lot of stairs (lol). There were 8 of us and we all fit comfortably. The garage was a nice touch since it rained one of the nights we were there. The place is not walking distance to anywhere, but there is a 15 passenger van you can book to take you anywhere for 5/person. The living area is large, and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Would recommend as long as you’re not traveling with your 78 & 82 year old parents (like I said…a lot of stairs).

It was just right

Communication with the property was always prompt. Check in process was very easy. Location was not bad, but not much within walking distance. One night we called the number listed in the property for the 15 passenger van for five dollars per person. Rest of the time Uber was priced reasonably. Property has a lot of stairs. Some are very slippery. Plenty of space for 10 of us. There were three couples and four singles. The kitchen had almost everything we needed, but couldn’t find a scissors. There were some extra games and decks of cards and dice there.Loved the open concept of the living, dining, kitchen area.The rooftop was spacious, but seating could use an upgrade.Overall, everyone in the group enjoyed the stay. Would stay again.

Worked for us

The location was great - not a bad drive to Broadway, airport, and hockey rink. The living room furniture is extremely uncomfortable for sitting around which we did a lot of between hockey games. There are a lot of stairs which makes an exhausting task unpacking. and carrying groceries. Any communication was quickly responded and the property manager was very helpful at my request for crib rental. Housekeeping was a little lax but I addressed it with the manager and I’mSure he will follow up. Paid 50 extra for noon check in which was hugely helpful in allowing me to get groceries put away before my first guests pick up at the airport. It was very cold during our visit so having a garage was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable and the private baths welcome.
