Beautiful thatched-roof house for 6 people with a view of the sea, a garden, Wi-Fi, and pets allowed.

This beautiful thatched-roof townhouse offers 115 m² of spacious living area for up to 6 people. Situated on a dune, the living area provides a stunning panoramic view of the Lister Watt. The location serves as a perfect starting point for easily reaching both the picturesque mudflats to the east and the lively city centre area of List on foot (about a 20-minute walk to List Harbour). On the ground floor, you’ll find an open, bright living and dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped. A shower room is located right in the entryway of the house. The upper floor features three bright double bedrooms as well as another bathroom with natural light, complete with a shower and bathtub. The terrace, with its adjoining garden and a beach chair (seasonal), invites you to enjoy relaxing hours outdoors. In addition, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available for your use. Unfortunately, there is no designated parking space. Free public parking is available right on the street in front of the house. Pets are welcome here, so your four-legged friend can feel right at home. Spend your days exploring the charming town of List and the island of Sylt, and round off the evening with a cosy get-together by the fireplace.

PLEASE NOTE: The beach section in Mannemorsumtal is scheduled for renovation between March and October 2026 and will therefore be partially or completely closed. We cannot rule out some disruption caused by the construction work. Construction-related noise is to be expected.

Note: Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.

Vor allem die einzigartige Lage mit dem Blick auf das Wattenmeer aus fast jedem Zimmer, aber auch Möblierung, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung - alles perfekt! Sehr schöner Sitzplatz mit Tisch im Garten, mit Schaukel und Sandkasten für die Kleinen. Die Mitarbeiter der Könemann GmbH sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Ein sehr schönes, großes und ruhig gelegenes Haus. Aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster / Esszimmer Fenster hat man einen wunderbaren Blick auf das Wasser. Lange Spaziergänge in der Natur oder auch ein Besuch am Lister Hafen sind vom Haus aus super zu planen. Das Haus hat eine sehr angenehme Größe und die Räume sind sehr gut aufgeteilt. Es war bei Ankunft alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt mehr als genossen. Kommen sehr gerne wieder

Wir haben 1 Woche mit 4 Erwachsenen einen sehr erholsamen Winterurlaub in Jan's Hüüs verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit " Unterkunft Sylt" erfolgte schnell und kompetent. Das Haus fanden wir blitzsauber vor und ist mit allen ausgestattet, was wir als Sebstversorger so brauchten. Die Raumausstattung ist großzügig. Begeistert hat uns der Blick vom Schlaf- und Esszimmer direkt auf die Nordsee sowie die Nähe zu den Dünen und dem Lister Ortskern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
