This cosy holiday rental, approximately 55 m² in size and accommodating up to 4 people, is spread over two levels. The upper level features an open-concept kitchen with a dishwasher and an adjoining living and dining area, a bathroom with a shower, and a single bedroom. In the attic, you’ll find a double bedroom with a rollaway bed. The staircase leading to the attic is steep. Feel free to enjoy the beautiful south-facing terrace, complete with a beach chair (in season). Free public parking is available in front of the house. Pets are welcome. <br><br>Note: Linen packages (bed linens and towels) are not included in the price and can be booked as an optional extra for a fee.

Wir haben uns - wie immer - sehr gut bei Unterkunft Sylt aufgehoben gefühlt. Diese Wohnung hatten wir zum ersten Mal. Die Lage war zum Hundestrand in Wenningstedt klasse. Auch nach Westerland kommt man gut zu Fuß und per Bus. Die Treppe zum Schlafzimmer ist sehr steil. Man muss mobil sein. Den sehr großen Balkon mit Strandkorb haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Super schöne Ferienwohnung mit allem was man braucht, für uns war sie perfekt gelegen, da es nicht weit zum Strand und Hundestrand entfernt ist. Großer Balkon mit Strandkorb, auf dem man beim morgendlichen Kaffee entspannt in den tag starten kann. Die Sauberkeit der Wohnung war sehr gut. Super Lage in ruhiger Wohnsiedlung. Einziger Nachteil ist die steile und schmale Treppe in das obere Schlafzimmer, aber auch das kann man meistern. Für uns war die Wohnung mit Hund perfekt und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen! Besonders gut fanden wir die Nachricht, mit der Option auf Verlängerung zu einem sehr guten Angebot, da die Wohnung nach uns nicht direkt wieder belegt war.

Diese Ferienwohnung liegt super günstig. Zu Fuß zum Strand, rein in die City von Westerland, kein Problem. Der Weg über die Promenade, einfach schön. Die Wohnung bietet eine tolle Terrasse, die wir leider wettertechnisch nicht so nutzen konnten. Sylt mit seinem Wetter ist wechselhaft und nicht die Südsee.
