Welcome to Crown of Caribbean in St. Croix, USVI—your spacious 3BR/3BA island escape. The layout is ideal for families or friends: two bedrooms and two full baths downstairs, plus a private upstairs suite with one bedroom and one bath. Start your morning with coffee on the rooftop deck and take in the island views, then head out for beach time, Buck Island snorkeling, and easy access to Christiansted’s restaurants, shops, and boardwalk.
Occupancy & Guests
• Registered guests only. No additional overnight guests.
• Day visitors (friends, family, vendors, chefs, massage, etc.) require prior written approval.

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM
• Please keep outdoor voices/music low after 9:30 PM.

Parties & Events
• Not a party house. No parties or unapproved events at any time.
• Any gathering beyond the registered guest count requires prior written approval and may require an event agreement, insurance, and additional deposit.
• Unapproved events may result in immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of deposit.

Smoking & Fire
• No smoking inside the home (including bathrooms, balconies, windows, and doors).
• If you smoke outdoors: use a closed container, clean up all butts/ash, and keep away from furniture.
• Any evidence of indoor smoking (odor, ash, butts, burns) will result in additional cleaning charges and/or loss of deposit.

Care of the Property
• Treat the home with care — it’s a new build (2025).
• No moving furniture outside without permission.
• Report spills, damage, or issues right away so we can fix them quickly.

A/C & Windows
• Run A/C with doors and windows closed.
• Turn off A/C when leaving for long periods.

Trash & Cleanliness
• Bag all trash and place in outdoor bins with lids secured (wildlife/rain).
• Do not leave loose trash outside.

Parking
• Park only in designated on-site spaces. Do not block driveways or access areas.

Security Deposit
• A $800 refundable deposit is required for a worry-free stay. It is returned after checkout if no damages or violations are found (including smoking or unapproved events).
