Fantastic property

Beautiful house, in a quiet location. Excellent log fire, and nice bedrooms. Lennard met is at the property, and showed us all around. The eggs from his chickens were great.

White Lounge

Fantastic property in the heart of the Rhineland

Brilliant location on the outskirts of Solingen, nice and close to other nearby Rhineland cities and beautiful attractions such as Schloss Burg. The house was huge with a lot to offer and very comfortable. The cleanliness was to be questioned a little as we noticed a lot of out of date food and drink items in the kitchen still in the cupboards, but aside from that the house itself was fantastic, with great communication from the owners.

Relaxing and convenient location

Soligen was a stop/stay on our Amsterdam-Germany trip. This home was a wonderful place to stay with plenty of amenities and a convenient location. Public transportation was within walking distance as well as many shops. We used the train/tram to travel to Cologne for a day. The home was very relaxing as we all loved sitting on the porch and walking the nature trails in its backyard. Communication was great throughout the process. Chris was wonderful and we appreciated the welcome snacks.

Wir waren mehrere Tage in dieser Unterkunft. Anfangs wirken das Haus und die Lage wunderschön – wie auf den Bildern zu erkennen ist, liegt die Unterkunft direkt am Waldrand. Leider hat sich ein ganz anderer Eindruck ergeben, hier ein paar Dinge:Glühbirnen, die nur noch an ihren Kabeln von der Decke hingen.Fußleisten, die nicht mehr befestigt waren.Diverse Fenster, die sich nicht mehr öffnen lassen.Ein Garten, der wahrlich schon bessere Tage gesehen hat.Mobiliar, das auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, fehlt teilweise gänzlich.Alte, vertrocknete Weinreben, die nur teilweise entfernt wurden; der Rest verrottet an der Hauswand.Schränke und Fenster, an denen die Griffe abfallen bzw. abgebrochen sind.Zudem steht einiges an privaten Gegenständen im Haus, und einige Räume sind nicht zugänglich, da sie privat genutzt werden. Zu allem Übel wurden im Haus an verschiedenen Stellen (vermutlich) Kakerlaken gesichtet.Insgesamt muss man nach einigen Tagen sagen, dass das Haus deutlich „runtergelebt“ ist. Die Bilder stammen wohl aus einer besseren Zeit und wecken deutlich höhere Erwartungen.Auch die Kommunikation war ausbaufähig: Der PIN für die Schlüsselbox wurde erst auf erneute Nachfrage und während wir schon auf dem Weg waren mitgeteilt. Die zugesagte Begrüßung fiel komplett aus – es wurde versprochen, kurz vorbeizuschauen, doch nach mehreren Stunden Warten erschien niemand.Insgesamt war die Unterkunft für diesen Preis sehr enttäuschend und wird von uns nicht noch einmal gebucht.

Familienkurzurlaub

Großes Haus in schöner ruhiger Lage. Genügend Platz fü 8 Prsonen, nur schade dass im OG nur 1 Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten ist. Der direkte Waldzugang war perfekt für Spaziergänge.

Ruhe und Erholung

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Umgebung ist ausgesprochen ruhig. Unser Hund hatte im Garten viel Platz. Der direkte Zugang zum Wald ist äußerst praktisch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein wunderbares Objekt.

Idyllische Villa am Waldrand

Diese idyllische Villa liegt am Waldrand von Solingen Ohligs, und besitzt tatsächlich einen direkten Zugang in den Wald. Das Haus ist zwar älter, aber besitzt alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich vorstellen kann. Das gilt sowohl für die Technik im Haus als auch für die Ausstattung der Küche. Im Haus fällt es dem Gast an nichts, sogar Wattestäbchen und Badutensilien sind vorhanden… Also, liebend gern gehe ich noch einmal in dieses Haus…… Ein großes, Lob, dem Vermieter…. + seiner Mannschaft!

Lovely house in a beautiful neighborhood

The house is conveniently located within 30 min drive to Dusseldorf. Beautiful property with access to a trail from the backyard. Nice woods to walk around. Beautiful kitchen and family room. Worked perfect for us. Would definitely come back.

Entspannter Urlaub.

Vielen Dank für 14 entpannte Urlaubstage. Die Lage ist ruhig, das Haus so wie beschrieben und enthält alles, was man in einem Urlaub braucht. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Städtetrips und Wanderungen. Angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir können das Objekt gerne weiterempfehlen.
