Serene 3-bedroom house with AC in Clear Lake

Nestled in Clear Lake, this gorgeous house offers a tranquil retreat for guests seeking comfort and space. We are located just a quick walk from the Botanical Gardens and Lake Time Brewery and about a 10 minute walk to City Park. With three bedrooms featuring two king beds, one full bed, and two twin beds, there’s plenty of room for everyone to relax. The two bathrooms include showers and hair dryers, making your stay convenient and easy. We have a screened in porch attached to the house and a fenced in yard for outdoor entertainment spaces. We are dog-friendly as well, which is not common in the area.
Guests enjoy a cozy atmosphere with heating and AC to keep the temperature just right. Whether you’re unwinding after a day of adventure or gathering for a meal, this perfect home provides a welcoming space to create lasting memories. Feel free to play one of our numerous games provided or work on a puzzle during your stay. While the neighborhood is quaint and quiet, guests may experience occasional noise from train traffic nearby.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock all doors except the door in between the kitchen and the garage. Do not lock the bottom door handle lock on the front door, only lock the deadbolt.
If you brought a dog on your visit, please remove dog waste from the backyard.
Leave any used beds unmade as well.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
In the winter months, please turn down the thermostat to 62 when you depart. In the summer months, please turn the thermostat to 72 when you depart.
