Unterkunft am Rand der Schwäbischen Alb

Bei Ankunft freundliche Übergabe der Schlüssel, ruhige und schöne Umgebung, vorherige Mieter waren Rumänen, alles war nicht gereinigt, nur die Betten waren frisch überzogen und alles gesaugt, die Küche mussten wir erst einmal für das nötigste reinigen, Kühlschrank war verschmutzt, Kühlschrank Einschübe standen auf der Spüle, waren verdreckt und konnten nicht genutzt werden, Küchenutensilien verschmutzt, sowie Besteck äußerst dürftig an Anzahl (z.B. keine Kaffeelöffel)Hier sollte mal von Grundauf saniert werden. Es war alles voller eingetrockneter Fettspritzer (Spüle, Geschirr, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, etc.). Dusche hatte Schimmelränder, die Toilettenbürste derart verdreckt, mit spitzen Fingern in eine Tüte verpackt. Die Betten waren stark durchgelegen, alte Möbel stören uns nicht, aber sauber sollte es sein.

Die Lage ist ruhig, die Wohnung geräumig und hätte wirklich Potential. Aber so wie sie eingerichtet ist, entspricht sie definitiv nicht dem heutigen westeuropäischen Standard! Die Einrichtung ist alt und z.T. sehr abgenutzt und dürfte mal erneuert werden….insbesondere die durchgelegene Matratze. Auch der Garten war total ungepflegt. Nein, ich habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt und könnte die Wohnung nicht guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.
