This soothing retreat offers a tranquil atmosphere surrounded by trees and nature- though it's minutes from downtown Atlanta and sits directly on the New Beltline Path

Downstairs is a bedroom and a bathroom, a full kitchen and a large closet with a washer and dryer. There is a giant deck off the kitchen and another deck off the bedroom
Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom and living area with a mini kitchenette. There is another big deck off the main area .
Gas heaters keep the place toasty in winter and a brand new Mitsubishi AC keeps it pleasant and cool in summer.
The open floor plan and cross breezes means half the year, no AC is needed at all
