Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash all dishes and place them in the drying rack.
Be sure all appliances and electronics are turned off including the electric heater in the bathroom. Turn off all lights.
Please turn AC units to heating at 64 or cooling at 72 depending on the weather.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
