Luxury Condo with an unobstructed view of Puget Sound, Pike Place Market and the water front. A deck that runs the length of the Condo perfect for viewing the sound from bed, the couch or having breakfast. Minutes from the Convention center, Symphony, Art Museum, Pike Place Market, T-Mobil Stadium , and Lumen Field. In the city center with all the amenities including free parking with EV charger, 24 hour concierge, indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym. Children ages 15 years and older only. A lease agreement and HOA paperwork are required to be filled out within 24 hours of booking in order to stay at this property. This 24 hour submission period is non- negotiable.
