Per the new ordinance, "High Impact Period" ordinance 1667 passed by Bay County in 2025, We will need an Picture ID from the primary renter and all adults must have identification From March 28 to April 11th. The primary on-site renter only has to be 21.

**Front door has a smart lock which you will enter your code that is sent you via Vrbo to gain access.

Other things to note
>Dog fee is $75 per stay. Up to two dogs.
>Cats are not allowed.
>Dogs are not allowed on beds or furniture. $100 extra cleaning fee if dog hair is present on furniture or beds.
>?PRO TIP: We highly encourage you to bring your own bedding and blankets/fitted sheets to cover the furniture if you believe your dog will be on the furniture. Cleaning supplies is onsite for you as well.
