Discover this 2-bedroom mobile home in Sunset Harbor, 15-20 minutes from Oak Island Beach depending on traffic and how you drive. Our community offers a 24/7 free boat launch/fishing pier, a two minute drive, our Intracoastal beach is also within walking distance. We provide beach toys, chairs, bicycles in our out building. The Retreat features two queen beds and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure. Guests enjoy two bathrooms, each equipped with all your bathing needs.The soothing atmosphere invites you to unwind, while the superb layout ensures comfort throughout your stay. Whether you’re curling up with a book or sharing stories in the living area or on the deck enjoying your favorite beverage listening to the waves crash on the beach of Oak Island which is adjacent to the intracoastal waterway. The kitchen has just about anything you could need, two charcoal grills are also available. This enchanting retreat feels like a true home away from home. Spend your day exploring Southport, Oak Island, Myrtle Beach, Wilmington or take the ferry to Fort Fisher then come home to our enchanting community to enjoy a sunset, dinner at FelixCafe, or take a walk to look for dolphins. No traffic, peace and quiet. You’re sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
We don’t charge a cleaning fee, in return we appreciate our guests leaving The Retreat as clean and organized as when you arrived. If additional services are required you will be billed for services. In seven years everyone has been great!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We don’t charge a cleaning fee, in return please leave as clean and organized as when you arrive. If The Retreat is not clean and organized you will be billed accordingly. Thank you
Remove sheets, white pillowcases ONLY .decorative pillows are steam sanitized separately. Put towels in the washer on normal setting with detergent, press normal setting, turn on prior to departure.
At checkout leave ceiling fans on, lights off. If you disconnected lights on timers please plug back in. Large Trash can goes to the road on Sunday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Remember this is your dogs vacation do not leave unattended longer than 3 hrs. Crated when you are not present. Poop picked up immediately. Thxs
