Overall good. I would call it 3 bedrooms. The 4th room is clear downstairs with a couch not a bed. We were planning to swim, but the pool was closed.

The house was immaculate and the clear/detailed/concise instructions provided by the host about the particulars of the house were excellent. Convenient location for the event we attended and close to shops and good eats. Great value for the price and would definitely stay here again.
