Quaint house built in 1912 with all the updates, while still maintaining that old-world charm. The large bathtub is definitely a plus, as is the porch swing. Perfect for people watching as the house is located on a bike right-away street. Walkable to local breweries, antique shops, coffee shops, bars and diners. Easy access to the freeway, 4 min walk to Trax green line. Washer and dryer. Private backyard with a large barbecue. One designated parking spot in front of the detached garage and tons of free street parking. Just a 4-minute walk to the TRAX Green Line and minutes from University of Utah Hospital, Primary Children's, LDS Hospital, St. Mark's, and Intermountain Medical Center, making commutes quick and easy for healthcare professionals. And best of all.. so close to Big Cottonwood, Little Cottonwood canyons and so many hiking and biking trails.
