Whether you’re sipping coffee as the sun rises over the lake or unwinding by the fireplace after a day on the slopes, this home is designed for comfort and connection.



Inside, the spacious living room is filled with natural light and features a cozy fireplace, TV, and stunning lake views. The thoughtfully laid-out sleeping arrangements accommodate up to seven guests, with a king bedroom featuring a walk-in closet, a second bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms include en suite bathrooms with bathtubs, making this home ideal for families or groups.



Guests enjoy access to the complex’s complimentary pool and hot tub, a convenient ski locker located right at the unit entrance, and parking in the nearby lot. The free winter shuttle takes you to the Keystone Ski Area; the closest pick up is at Keystone Lodge and Spa. For an added indulgence, guests may purchase a $30 day pass to the Keystone Lodge & Spa amenities, including a heated outdoor pool, sauna, steam room, fitness center, and 2 hot tubs (indoor and outdoor). Located minutes from Keystone Resort, dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation, this lakefront condo is your perfect mountain escape in any season.



Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.

• Parking passes must be displayed in vehicles at all times.

• There is a free shuttle in the winter that takes you to the ski area. The closest pick-up is at Keystone Lodge and Spa.

• Though this is a residential area, bears, mountain lions, and other wildlife live in the area. Please close the trash bins, the doors, and keep your vehicle locked at all times!

• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. There are two staircases between the parking lot and the bedrooms.

• $100 for lost or damaged parking passes, key cards, or keys

• *NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate.*
