The spacious 3-room duplex apartment with a balcony is located on the 2nd floor of the building. With a living area of 75 square metres, this holiday apartment is ideal for 3 guests. In the high-quality furnished living area with an adjoining kitchen-diner, you’ll find a comfortable sofa with a side table, a reading chair, a TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a dining table for shared meals. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, features: a stove, oven, microwave, range hood, refrigerator with built-in freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, dishwasher, etc. You can enjoy your meals at the dining table. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the south-facing balcony, which is furnished seasonally.
