We enjoyed our stay at R Villa! The home is clean and was a perfect size for 2 couples. The back patio and pool area was our favorite. It was private, peaceful, and provided a beautiful setting. We loved the location with so many delicious restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The location was perfect for walking (or driving) to town, walking to Steps Beach, and to the shops and coffee spot at Black Eagle Beach. Very clean and had all the essentials for our stay. Perfect space for 3 couples.

This was our third visit to Villa R, and we will certainly come back! The location is perfect--easy distance from the house to beaches, to town, and to good local restaurants. The owner is organized, responsive, and easy to reach. The pool is wonderful, the beds comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. The view out the back over the garden is probably one of the best in Rincon. A great place to stay!

Great Place

Our 3rd time staying in R Villa. Come to surf and enjoy the beach. Great property with everything you need. Can’t beat the location, easy walk to the marina and restaurants, plus 5-10 minutes to plenty of surf.

R Villa was amazing!

The house was clean, well equipped, beautiful, and perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool, the grounds were beautiful and great short walk out the back door to the beach. Would definitely stay again!

Rincón Getaway

This was a nice spacious property, clean, not far from the beach and a few nice restaurants within walking distance. Pool was a perfect temperature and I did not want to leave!!
