The “Grachtenglück” holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a restored townhouse on Mittelburgwall, featuring a traditional house sign above the entrance. Situated right on the canal and just steps from the historic market square, you’ll enjoy your stay here with a touch of Dutch charm. Spend peaceful, relaxing hours on your own terrace with an adjoining communal garden. Small seating areas in the lovingly landscaped garden offer green oases of tranquility, with a view of St. Christopher’s Church. You can store your bicycles safely in the garden shed.

Your hosts have designed this 50-square-meter, two-room apartment on the ground floor with style and an eye for quality. High-quality oak floorboards and high ceilings typical of older buildings, combined with Danish-style windows, create a cosy atmosphere, plenty of light, and a sense of space.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals and treat yourself whenever you like. The kitchen is equipped with: a ceramic cooktop, a convection oven, a range hood, a large fridge-freezer, a toaster, and a coffee maker.
The modern bathroom features underfloor heating and a floor-level shower with a heated seat. The cosy bedroom, with its comfortable double bed at a comfortable height, opens directly onto your own terrace. 
A linens package consisting of bed linens and towels can be optionally added to your holiday rental booking for a one-time fee of €38.00 (for 2 people). If this option is not available during the booking process, please contact us after your booking is complete.



On-site costs: Bed linens are not included.
