Komfortable, super gelegene Wohnung!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung der Familie Castedello. Kommunikation mit den Vermieter*innen war absolut unkompliziert. Kleinere Probleme wurden schnell und unkompliziert behoben und gute Tipps gegeben. Die Wohnung und auch die Küche ist mit allem möglichen ausgestattet, sodass auch Selbstversorgung kein Problem ist. Der Garten ist super und die Wohnung sehr barrierearm. Die Baustelle nebenan hat uns nicht gestört und wird absehbar auch fertig sein. Es könnte noch in der online Beschreibung ergänzt werden, dass Waschmaschine und Trockner nur gegen Gebühr nutzbar sind und mit den anderen Wohnungen geteilt werden. Und, dass das Wohnzimmer nicht mit einem Smart-TV ausgestattet ist. Zumindest nicht mit einem, der auch Apps (Mediatheken und Streaming-Anbieter) unterstützt. Wir würden definitiv erneut die Ferienwohnung Düne 1 der Familie Castedello besuchen, wenn wir mit Kleinkind und Rollstuhlfahrer*in vor Ort sind.

Eine ganz tolle modern eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in optimaler Strandlage

Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den schönen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung. Von A-Z ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Kommunikation im Vorfeld und Schlüsselübergabe nett und unkompliziert. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr modern und liebevoll eingerichtet und es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Direkt am Deich gelegen, erreicht man den Strand und den Ortskern in wenigen Gehminuten. Ein Verkaufswagen mit Backwaren direkt um die Ecke, ließ jeden Tag perfekt starten.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit guter Ausstattung

Alles geschmackvoll und funktional eingerichtet. Super FeWo für 5 Personen, auch zwei Fahrräder konnten ausgeliehen werden. Direkt am Deich gelegen. Man kann von dort zu Fuß ins Zentrum von Duhnen oder ist direkt am Wasser. Leider sind benachbart gerade mehrere Baustellen. Samstag und Sonntag war es zum Glück ruhig und man konnte schon den Strandkorb genießen.

Erholung direkt am Meer

Wir haben schöne Tage in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung verbracht. Das Meer ist direkt hinterm Deich, also vor der Tür, man kann sich wunderbar zu Fuß Richtung Kugelbake aufmachen. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen! Wir haben mehrmals gekocht, alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Die Baustelle nebenan hat uns in keiner Weise gestört, die Wohnung liegt auf der abgewandten Seite. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Entspannung am Meer

Während der Feiertage ruhig, dürfte es wochentags wegen der riesigen Baustelle direkt neben dem Haus recht unangenehm werden. Wenn die Anlage, die dort entsteht, fertiggestellt ist, wird es ebenfalls mit der Ruhe vorbei sein. In der unteren Wohnung sieht man natürlich auch nur Deich und nicht auf‘s Meer. Schade für die Eigentümer…..

Idealer Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung liegt ideal für Familien: direkte Nähe zum Strand, zum Ahoi Bad und zum Kiosk mit kleinen Snacks. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Home from home

Unsere spontane kleine, so dringend benötigte, Auszeit war trotz kurzfristiger Umplanung perfekt. Angefangen von der guten und unkomplizierten Kommunikation mit Fam. Castedello bis zur perfekt ausgestatteteten Wohnung. Schon beim Eintreten fühlt man sich zuhause! Der eingezäunte Garten bietet zusätzlichen „Lebensraum“ . Die Lage ist perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung

Wunderschöne Wohnung in bester Lage! Die Wohnung ist sehr luxuriös ausgestattet und man fühlt sich direkt zuhause. Die Wohnung ist 1 Minute vom Strand entfernt und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür macht die An- und Abreise sehr bequem. Wir würden immer wieder diese Ferienwohnung mieten.
