Our holiday rental is located on the 1st floor and offers a partial view of the lake. An underground parking space and an lift are available. We want 6 people to truly feel at home here. That’s why there are 2 bedrooms, 1 of which has a flat-screen Smart TV, a comfortable double sofa bed (sleeping area 1.70 m x 2.00 m) in the living room, 2 armchairs, and a large dining table with 6 chairs. There are 4 high-quality garden chairs with a large table on the 13-square-meter balcony, as well as a storage room with a built-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher (60 cm wide), microwave, stove with a glass-ceramic cooktop, Senseo coffee maker, standard coffee machine, and oven. For entertainment and added comfort, there is a large flat-screen Smart TV in the living room and bedroom, a DVD player, and a built-in safe.<br><br>Please note: free beach chair during the season<br><br>Additional extras<br><br>You are welcome to book the following extras before your arrival.
