Condo was exactly what we needed. It was in a great location for the area and the support from the management company was excellent.

Very outdated property with no a/c. Fairly clean considering how old it was. It was in a cute area, but you could hear every plane take off from the airport. For the price I paid, I would stay there again.

Hi Dan,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We understand that preferences around home updates and amenities can vary. The listing clearly notes that this home does not have air conditioning, and our photos are an accurate representation of the property so guests have the information needed to make an informed decision when booking. We appreciate you sharing your perspective and understand that this may not have been the right fit for your stay.
Cleanliness is a top priority for us, and we’re pleased to hear the home met your expectations in that regard. We work hard to ensure each property is thoughtfully prepared for every arrival.
Golf Creek is one of Jackson’s quieter neighborhoods, tucked behind the golf course just north of town. Its location provides a peaceful setting while still being close to Jackson, though it does also mean the neighborhood is closer to the airport than some other areas. We’re sorry that the air traffic noise had such a negative impact on your experience.
We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and overall guest experience. We hope that, despite these concerns, you were still able to enjoy your time in Jackson, and we would welcome the opportunity to host you again in the future.
All the best,
The Outpost Crew
It was a beautiful place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful other than the grounds keeper and all his loud equipment. It could have been cleaner, there were children hand prints all over the windows (which we cleaned) and a few large dust balls hanging from the beams. But all in all it was a nice place to stay!
We had a little trouble checking in with the code but Outpost answered right away and helped us solve the problem. TV was a bit hard to figure out but we were not there to watch tv. It was clean, roomy, lots of towels and a great shower with great water pressure. NO AC but didnt need it with fans and windows. The kitchen was packed with any accessory you might need and more. Our kids loved the board games too. Hair dryers, shampoo and toiletries were also provided and a iron which all helped. A perfect location to head north or south and leave from the Airport. We have stayed in this area 3 times and all units have been GREAT. Close to the Golf Course we played and all activities. Thanks again!!!!!!
