From the welcome package to the chargers literally everywhere, the home was fantastic. Attention to detail, cleanliness, even really thought the motion lighting in the hallways were all great little details that shows the owners have thought about what it takes to maje the stay extremely comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location, it was peaceful and our hosts were the definition of hospitality. They greeted us upon arrival, helped us with additional chairs and supplies needed for the house and were friendly every time we interacted with them. Would highly recommend this space and these hosts!

The perfect home for friends, family, golfers, couples and travelers seeking all the comforts of home. The open floor plan features a living and dining area open to views of the backyard landscape. The main bedroom is located at the back of the home, features a king sized, attached ensuite with a walk-in shower, and glass sliding doors out to the attached deck. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the attached screen room with ample seating for the entire group. The second bedroom features a king bed and has a dedicated workspace in case you need to mix business with pleasure while in Hilton Head. The third bedroom features a queen sized bed and is adjacent to the guest bathroom, with a tub/shower combo. If your group is a little larger, there is a bonus room with a twin size day bed and an available extra twin allows for up to eight guests in this home. The galley kitchen features upgraded appliances and stone countertops and has a seating area perfect for a cup of morning coffee or an afternoon adult beverage. The home comes with a laundry room featuring a full size washer and dryer.



The backyard is spacious enough for fun and activities including corn hole, badminton, croquet, and even a little volleyball if you are so inclined. A gas grill is located on the outdoor deck and propane is provided at no extra charge.



Looking for more activities, the home is close to Sea Pines leisure trail network, just a two mile bike ride to Coligny Beach or the Harbourtown Lighthouse. Four golf courses are within 5 minutes from the home, Harbourtown Links, Atlantic Dunes, Heron Point (all located in Sea Pines and Shipyard, with 36 holes. We provide four beach chairs, six beach towels and a beach cart to transport your beach items. If you need a packnplay or high chair for a little one, they are provided free of charge. We also offer a 20% discount for bike rentals from Alljoy Bicycle Rentals. (details provided upon booking).
