Baboosic Lake Town Beach is a two minute walk, offering swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding rentals. In the winter enjoy snowshoeing, skating and ice fishing on the lake. Close to restaurants, including LaBelle Winery, Bedford Village Inn, and a hour drive to NH beaches, skiing, hiking, Portsmouth and Boston. The cottage is newly renovated with charm and all updated appliances. There is a smart tv with cable tv and Wi-Fi included. This cottage is super cute and has a great host! We were in town for an expo that we were vendors at and the host brought us the key so check-in was a breeze! Hard part was finding the cottage - Google Maps brings you there, Apple Maps does not! The cottage is super clean, cozy and comfortable. We stayed in winter and it was very quiet and serene. Met the neighbors dogs and they were very friendly, with all the butt wiggles. Definitely recommend this stay.

The cottage was clean and tasteful. It's in a nice location for southern NH where you can get to a number of places with reasonable travel and be away from the noise and in the woods by a little lake. This gives it the quintessential New England feel. Richard was great at communicating quickly and making things easy. It was nice that there were towels, sheets, and some basic shower stuff like a hotel.
