On the mid-level, you’ll find a king bedroom and a queen bedroom connected by a convenient Jack-and-Jill bathroom, ideal for families or groups traveling together. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.

Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability.
