🌴 Guest Check-In Requirements



House Rule: All registered adult guests are required to provide a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or national ID) prior to arrival to confirm the reservation and ensure the safety of all guests and the property.



🧺 Housekeeping & Maintenance



* Housekeeping: Optional cleaning service available upon request (additional cost). (no service on Sundays or national holidays)



* Towels & Linens: Each guest receives 2 bath towels and 1 beach towel per stay. To help protect the environment, we encourage towel re-use. Laundry facilities are available if you’d like to refresh them during your stay.



* Turnover Service Included: Fresh linens and towels every 4 nights upon request (please notify us at least 24 hours in advance).



* Pool & Garden Maintenance: Scheduled 3 times per week (no service on Sundays or national holidays).



🏡 Villa Use & Occupancy



* The base rate covers up to 12 guests with 7 bedrooms. Extra guests beyond the initial 12 will be at $35 USD per person per night, up to a maximum total of 22 guests (including children).



* No unregistered or day visitors are allowed; fines of $50 per unregistered guest, per day will apply. If you’d like to have visitors, please include them in your booking count to avoid issues at the gate.



* NO PETS ALLOWED



* For your safety, security cameras are located at the entrance of the property. There are no cameras in the pool or private areas, ensuring your comfort and privacy throughout your stay.



🎶 Community Rules & Fines



* Please keep music below 60 decibels and avoid loud noise after 11:00 PM.



* All vehicles must park in designated villa spaces
