A well-maintained garden property, completely fenced in and surrounded by nature. 

Location:
In beautiful Mecklenburg, with its vast forests, meadows, and fields, lies the Baltic Sea resort town of Rerik with its district of Roggow on the Salzhaff, a small Baltic Sea bay across from the Wustrow Peninsula. The entire town, including its castle, the surrounding castle park, and the surrounding area, is a protected landscape area. In idyllic Roggow, there is a pottery farm, a water buffalo farm (Seekoppel Water Buffalo Farm), and a playground.

Beaches on the Baltic Sea and the lagoon:
Just 500 m from the natural beach of the Salzhaff—a Baltic Sea bay ideal for water sports enthusiasts (surfers, kitesurfers) as well as beach walkers and families with small children. Popular Baltic Sea sandy beach in the seaside resort of Rerik, 4 km away.

Leisure activities in the area:
In the seaside resort of Rerik—water sports centre (surfing, sailing), boat and bike rentals, boat tours, supermarkets, a bank, and a wide variety of dining options.
In the village of Roggow: playground, pottery workshop, artist’s studio, country inn 2 km away. Horseback riding centre 2 km away. Shopping and dining in the town centre 4 km away. Nearest DB train station 8 km away, bus stop 0.7 km away.

Family-friendly and very spacious 3-room holiday home (87 m²; max. 6 people) built in 1978, featuring a covered terrace, barbecue fireplace, and smoker. Private garden covering 750 m² with a small petting zoo. Wheelchair-accessible, completely at ground level. Lockable storage area for your own bicycles or surfboards. Direct access to the beach path.

Kids’ extras: small petting zoo in the yard (dogs, cats, chickens, ducks, geese, rabbits). Play area with a swing, sandpit, ping-pong table, and basketball hoop. Large playground in the village. Camping in the garden is possible. Cot and high chair, children’s dishes and cutlery.

On-site fees: local visitor’s tax.
Included in the total travel price: final cleaning, bed linens (please bring your own towels!), Wi-Fi, heat, electricity, water, parking.
Services available upon request (for a fee): washing machine in the adjacent house by arrangement. Fresh farm eggs and seasonal garden fruit, subject to availability.

1 living room with a sitting area and an additional TV area with a couch (which can also be used as a sleeper sofa).
2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a single bed, and 1 toilet with sink assigned to each bedroom. Additionally, a small shower room, all on one level. 
Direct access to the garden terrace from the living room.
Kitchen with refrigerator (including freezer compartment), microwave, toaster, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, electric kettle, and dining area.
On the property: Well-maintained, fenced-in garden. Covered patio with a barbecue fireplace, smoker, and patio furniture. Small playground in the garden for children.



Pets not allowed. Non-smoking accommodation; designated smoking area in the garden; no contractors allowed!!!
