The house has a covered terrace with stunning views as far as the Alps, Leitheim Castle and the Danube wetlands right on the doorstep, Donauwörth, Romantic Road: via Harburg and Nördlingen to Dinkelsbühl,
30 min. to Augsburg, ideal for hiking, cycling tours, cultural and pleasure holidays, newly renovated house
Unfortunately we have to charge € 10,- per day if you use the heating / air conditioning due to the increased energy costs. There is a flat rate for the hot tub.

The house was lovely and clean and well kitted out. It was not a key safe check in, but had to meet at the property. The owner speaks English and was good with communication, but the lady meeting at the property did not speak English, so make sure you have some way of translating. We had to pay 10 Euro per day for heating/air con and the hot tub was empty. The parking is good and secure. The area was lovely and close to towns and castles to visit. Our stay was very good.

Good normal house with modern facilities. Clean and well maintained. Including use of bed linen and towels. Large terrace with beautiful view. Friendly personal check-in/out. Sufficient opportunities for nice interesting trips, but often at some distance 60km-100km.

Idyllic oasis to explore Bavaria

We chose to stay at Pia's beautiful, restful home as we wanted a base to blend exploring the cities of Munich, Nuremburg and Ingolstadt with time in the Bavarian countryside. It was even better than we expected, with loads of space and lovely grounds including a stunning terrace where you could sit out, watch white-tailed eagles and enjoy the tranquil view of the Danube and surrounding countryside. We enjoyed exploring all the nearby towns on the Romantic Road route and visiting local swimming lakes, following Pia's expert local knowledge. Pia offers a personal touch which is rare and really makes you feel welcome. We barbecued most evenings. We arrived in a heatwave and were very happy to take the option of air conditioning upstairs.

Tolle Lage, wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus hat eine sehr schöne Lage mit wundervoller Aussicht auf das Donautal aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse aus.Wir haben hier mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern zu fünft bequem in den 3 Schlafzimmern Platz gehabt.Die Betten sind gut, das große Schlafzimmer hat über die Giebelseite einen Panorama Balkon und einen schönen Blick in den Garten. Die Jalousien an den geraden Fenstern bringen allerdings keine Verdunklung, weil über das Giebeldreieck und die seitlichen dreieckigen Fenster einen morgens die Sonne wach küsst. Hier fehlt auch eine Möglichkeit, Kleidung geschlossen aufzubewahren, da die Einbauschränke nicht zur Verfügung stehen. Für Hängeware gibt es einen großen Garderobenwagen, für Unterwäsche etc. gibt es nur ein offenes Regal, das hat uns nicht gefallen. Das Haus selbst ist etwas älter, der Boden im großen Schlafzimmer oben knarrt so laut, dass es unten deutlich störend zu hören ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist gut und modern, wir haben alles vorgefunden, um kochen zu können.Das Esszimmer ist schick, aber in die Jahre gekommen, Tisch u. Stühle knarren bei normaler Nutzung teils bedenklich.Der Zuweg zum Haus in Hanglage war für mich mit leichter Gehbehinderung etwas beschwerlich, die Treppen sind ohne Geländer .Wir haben uns im Haus wohl gefühlt und 10 schöne Tage dort verbracht.Die Bechreibung entspricht vollständig dem Haus, auch die notwendige Heizung ist hier ein Extra, also 100 zusätzlich, das finden wir gar nicht gut! Lieber den Preis erhöhen

Super beeindruckendes Haus

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr viel Freude bereitet. Wir haben uns prima erholt. Die Klimaanlage ist im Sommer super! Das Badefass ist im Sommer allerdings nicht so gut zu nutzen, denn das Wasser kippt schnell um. Und auf der Terasse würde ein Sonnenschirm oder Sonnensegel helfen.

Wir waren 5 Nächte im Haus von Frau Lux. Bereits die Kommunikation vor dem Ferienstart war toll. Vor Ort wurden wir von Peter in Empfang genommen. Er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Anschliessend haben wir für 6 Tage das Haus und die Umgebung genossen. Terrasse ist einfach genial. Küche, Bad, Schlafzimmer usw., waren ebenfalls top. Wir können das Haus und die Umgebung nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerene wieder. Vielen Dank für alles.

Großartiges Ferienhaus

Wir haben ein sehr schönes Wochenende in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Großes, geräumiges Haus mit großer, überdachten Terrasse und schönem Fernblick. Wirklich exzellente Ausstattung. Alles was man brauchen könnte, und noch mehr, ist vor Ort. Unkomplizierter Check-In und sehr freundliche Betreuung. Badefass, Grill und Garage kosten extra - das könnte man vielleicht auch im Inserat noch erwähnen. Wir fanden das aber nicht schlimm, denn alles zusammen sind die Preise mehr als fair und der Leistung absolut angemessen. Wir empfehlen es bedenkenlos weiter!

Schönes Haus, teure Extras

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Haus tatsächlich sehr schön. Alles ist großzügig gestaltet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Abzüge gibt es für die vielen Extragebühren (Grillnutzung, Badefass und Garage schlagen mit 120€ extra zu Buche) dazu eine Energiepauschale. Im Nachgang gab es dann noch Regressforderungen und unsere Haftpflicht musste bemüht werden. Das trübt den ansonsten schönen Urlaub. Insgesamt ganz nett aber für uns aus der Kategorie einmal und nie wieder.

Der Aufenthalt unserer Mitarbeiter würde mit "Absolut TOP" bewertet. Sie wären am liebsten gleich noch länger vor Ort geblieben. Es war alles sehr sauber und gepflegt.
