Eine Wohlfühloase, in der es an nichts fehlt

Dieses Ferienhaus ist absolut empfehlenswert. Wir haben noch kein schöneres Feriendomizil gesehen, und die Ausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Zusammen mit einer unkomplizierten Kommunikation, Herzlichkeit und dem Sinn für schöne Details seitens der Vermieter macht es dieses Ferienhaus zum perfekten Ort für Entspannung und Abschalten vom Alltag. Lieben Dank für alles 🤗

Ferienhaus mit allem drum und dran

Der Aufenthalt im Spitzhäusl war sehr schön. Das Häuschen ist schön ruhig gelegen, die Besitzer sind sehr zuvorkommend. Hier wird wirklich an alles gedacht, selbst wenn man die Zahnbürste vergessen hat, es ist alles da. Wir kommen wieder wenn wir dürfen.

wundervoll

2023 haben wir mit unseren Kindern (8, 11 und 16 Jahre) im schönen Spitzhäusl unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist ganz wunderbar: tolle Ausstattung (man vermisst wirklich nichts) und man fühlt sich sofort zu Hause. Mit Kindern gibt es viel zu erleben: Radfahren, Wandern, Badespaß in der Altmühltherme, Burgbesichtigung (z. B. Pappenheim uvm. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder...

Toller Aufenthalt im Spitzlhäusl

Wir waren im Juni 2023 zu Gast in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Das Haus liegt nahe am Waldrand (an einem Abend wurde auch mal ein Reh im Garten gesichtet) und es ist schön ruhig. Die sehr sympathischen Vermieter geben sich außergewöhnlich viel Mühe, dass sich die Gäste unbedingt wohl fühlen. Die Hausübergabe klappte hervorragend. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man benötigt (z.B. sogar Ersatzzahnbürsten oder Kaffee im Vollautomaten). Es war absolut sauber und technisch in Ordnung. Auf der unteren Ebene befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer (1x mit Doppelbett und 1x mit 2 Einzelbetten). Auf der mittleren Ebene befindet sich der Wohn- und Essbereich mit Balkon inkl. wunderbarer Aussicht, die Küche, der Zugang zur Terrasse und das Bad. Die obere Ebene ist über eine steile, freistehende Treppe zu erreichen und bietet auch für mind. 2 Personen Platz zum Schlafen. Im Sommer wird es dort vermutlich jedoch sehr warm. Das i-Tüpfelchen wären noch Mückenschutzgitter an den beiden Schlafzimmerfenster, Verdunklungsmöglichkeiten bzw. Sonnenschutz für den Wohnbereich (wegen Licht, Wärme) und ein geschlossener Zaun für den Hund, aber das ist vielleicht für die Zukunft noch in Planung. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft. Alles in Allem 5 ***** Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Das spitzen "Spitzhäusl"

Die Bezeichnung "Wohlfühloase am Waldrand" ist unserer Ansicht nach noch untertrieben. Es war alles top, top, top. Sekt zum Empfang und Leckerli für den Hund. Das Haus ist neu und komplett eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Etwas aufpassen sollte man bei der freistehenden Treppe, die zum oberen Schlafraum führt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und möchten uns nochmals bei der Familie Leopold bedanken. Es war sehr schön bei Ihnen. Herzliche Grüße von der Familie H.
