Bab’s building is the place to stay. I couldn’t have asked for a better location, the place was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed for a 5 night stay. I would definitely stay here again.
Cozy, quiet and safe studio conveniently located at the edge of downtown.

Thank you so much for leaving us a review, after staying with us well over a year, almost two. We were so pleased to have you at the Bab's and are a little sad to see you leave Missoula, but I know you'll return. And it's exciting to have our studio condo rented out again as a shorter term, vacation rental for the summer and months to follow. Take good care!
Property was very nice. Stayed cool enough even without a/c during a very hot stretch of weather. Parking at times was a challenge but was able to make do.

Nice studio, close to downtown
Very nice studio appartment and close to downtown. There's a convenient laundry and recreation room right next door (in same building), and easy access through the secured front or back door of the Bab building. The owners are very fair and nice people.

Great location!!!
It was a wonderful location and offered everything I needed for a week while working. I also loved walking the river path every night after work. The hair on the shower curtain and in the shower did put me off a bit. Also I’m not sure the floors are washed between guests??? But otherwise everything else was good!! And the owner was very nice and accommodating!!

Wanted to point out that I always clean the shower and the floors after a guest has checked out. I apologize if the shower had a hair, that's gross, but this doesn't mean that the shower wasn't washed with bleach, each time.
Regardless, I am glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and yes, the location couldn't be more ideal. Welcome back again!
Fantastic condo in a beautiful building, my room was directly across the hall from the community space and I was able to prepare and share Thanksgiving with my daughter and her friends while she is out at UM. We had 7 folks over hanging out from campus 3-4 nights a week utilizing the community space! I brought my own turkey roaster but the space was completely furnished with everything we would need!!
This studio space was quite lovely and spaced out well for the size. Fully recommend staying!!
Pros - good location, plenty of parking, great restaurants to walk to, dog friendly, full kitchen, and washers.
Cons - heard anyone in the stairwell or lounge, shower likes to flood the bathroom if you're not careful, wish it had more cookware.
This condo was a perfect spot to stay while I was in town to visit my Dad. Everything was an easy walk away. The condo was clean, quiet and comfortable. I would gladly come back.
We enjoyed our stay in the studio down stairs. Very clean and comfortable. Great location for coffee and meals. Short walk to the river and downtown. To the University is a nice walk also. Access in/out the back door was good. One suggestion would be a stool for the bed. We will be back!
The best part to this property is the location. It is close to everything. It is small, but has everything you need. The only thing I would recommend the owner to change is the futon. It is not a comfortable place to sit, nor sleep.
We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Will be making reservations for next visit . Such a convenient place for everything …. Coffee .. food… books… ice cream… bakery… just a fun area.
My husband, our weiner dog, and I were coming off a camping trip down in Yellowstone, and very much appreciated the quiet and cozy and warm nature of this property. And the hot shower with amazing water pressure. And the coffee maker. And the walking distance to anything we really wanted. It was perfect.
Great little studio - especially loved the lounge across the hall. Only drawback was the noise during the night from upstairs - you can hear every step and someone was walking around nonstop until about 2 am.
We enjoyed our stay, and particularly enjoyed its close proximity to the pool table! Jenni was an outstanding communicator, and we are looking forward to future stays in her properties!
Clean comfortable and excellent location! Will come again.

About the host
Hosted by Jenni Rohrbach
Missoula, as for many people, is a special place to us. It is where we met as students in college and where we always knew we wanted to call home. After school, however, life and work took us to Asia, Finland and New York City, before we could both settle back in Missoula together and start our family. Now with our daughter Maija, we are pleased to share all that the Missoula community has to offer with visitors at our Bab’s condo.
Why they chose this property
Jenni first came to Missoula as an exchange student attending grad school from Finland. She immediately fell in love with the surrounding landscape and community but most of all Kurt. Kurt’s family is from the area and always knew the Montana lifestyle was the only one for him. They both enjoy the outdoor and cultural opportunities Missoula has to offer including skiing up Pattee Canyon, taking their daughter Maija to Missoula’s award winning Children’s Theater or enjoying Missoula’s restaurants, breweries and distilleries. They feel fortunate to call Missoula home and are pleased to share their love of the area with each of their guests.
What makes this property unique
The Babs is one of Missoula’s premiere historic buildings. Located near several of Missoula’s gems including downtown, the Kim Williams trail and the University, visitors can easily walk or bike to restaurants, shopping, bars, and hiking trails. Not to mention the best ice cream (The Big Dipper), pastries (Le Petite) and beer (Kettle House) are just around the corner. In addition, the condo itself is fully stocked with the comforts of home including a full-kitchen, children’s amenities (pack n’ play, high chair, books and toys as well as eating utensils). The Babs also offers a rec room with pool table and a garden area with a Viking grill available for guest use.
