Ensure trash is in secured trash bin in garage, clicked closed. Garage door is fully closed
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking inside, if done outside, dispose of properly. NO Fires or sparks allowed. Only Propane fire pit on front deck is allowed
We respectfully ask that quiet hours be enforced out of respect for our community. 8p- 8a
No food or trash to be left exposed to wildlife. Trash can must be sealed and locked at all times. Keep garage door closed. Bears will sniff out food

We had the best week staying at this beautiful property! The drive to town was quick and there was plenty to do! We enjoyed the scenery, hiking, disc golfing, walking around the Evergreen lake, and the local shops. We indulged in plenty of delicious food and drink as well! The hot tub was the perfect way to end our days. It was a wonderful birthday getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at the Red Fox Cabin. The listing matched reality exactly—no surprises. The house was very clean, warm, and comfortable, and felt private and peaceful. It’s about 10–15 minutes from town, which was perfect for us.The roads up to the cabin are steep and winding, so just take it slow—totally manageable. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and the deck was a standout—great views and a perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee. The fireplace was a real highlight and made the cabin especially cozy.The Genottes were a great host—responsive, friendly, and easy to communicate with. This place is ideal for couples looking for a quiet mountain getaway. We would absolutely stay here again.

It’s ideal for outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and paddleboarding—or relaxing with great dining, local galleries, and live music nearby. 40 mins from skiing at Echo and 1hr to Loveland.
