The experience staying here was very good, the resort is right on the beach and has great amenities (pools, hot tubs, shops, restaurants). My only feedback is that the utilities provided with the condo were somewhat bare (there were 2 dishwasher pods provided, 2 laundry detergent packs, no coffee filters, no baking sheets). Even considering these minor things, this was a great vacation and I would recommend this stay to anyone

10/10 Excellent

Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and facilities had alot to offer, there were a few minor issues that were quickly resolved with the management. Also the elevator situation can take awhile to get on due to the amount of people staying at this property, so account for some time if you require to use the elevator. Otherwise we really enjoyed the room and facilities that were available. The kids enjoyed the pools and the arcade facility attached to the resort. Will be a guest here again in the future.

Thank you for your review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the location and facilities, and that the condo met your expectations overall. It is also great to know that the kids had a wonderful time at the pools and arcade, and that any minor issues you encountered were resolved quickly by our management team. We appreciate your helpful feedback regarding elevator wait times, especially during high occupancy periods. This is valuable insight for future guests, and we understand the importance of planning accordingly in busier seasons. Thank you again for staying with us and for your kind words. We are delighted to hear you would choose to return in the future, and we look forward to welcoming you back again soon. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management

6/10 Okay

Has potential

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and idea of it all is great. The condo was dirty and I had to purchase cleaning supplies to feel comfortable. The couch was dirty and smelled and just needs to be replaced completely. We loved our balcony views, the water shows every night, the restaurants downstairs, the beach access across the street, etc... but the actual condo just needs some TLC and it could be perfect. The staff was also unwelcoming on multiple occasions.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the location, beautiful balcony views, nightly water views, convenient restaurants, and easy beach access. We are sorry, however, that the cleanliness and condition of the condo did not meet your expectations. We take concerns about cleanliness and the condition of the furnishings seriously, and we will be sharing your feedback regarding the couch and overall need for TLC with the appropriate team for review. We are also disappointed to hear that you felt unwelcome during your interactions with the staff at the resort and will be sure to share this with the proper parties. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future. Warm Regards, Benchmark Management
