Getting Around:

Getting around is easy. Many shops, restaurants, and coffee spots are walkable, especially in Hyde Park Village and SOHO. Ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available 🚕, and major roads provide quick access to Downtown Tampa, Bayshore Boulevard, Amalie Arena, Raymond James Stadium, and Tampa International Airport. On-site parking makes exploring by car simple, whether you’re heading to the beach, catching a game, or discovering local attractions.

As these circumstances are beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds for any related



🚼Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. As these items are shared across our units, we kindly ask that you request one at the time of booking to confirm availability.

PLEASE NOTE:

- Additional supplies may be available conditionally, but we cannot guarantee anything. If you run short, there are plenty of nearby stores to purchase more supplies! The towels provided are intended for approximately the first 3 days of your stay. If you need to refresh them, you’re welcome to use the in-unit washer and dryer, or the laundry facilities available on the property (please note that laundry fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we’ll do our best to provide them based on availability.



✓ ITEMS LEFT BEHIND. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to left items once the guest has departed.
