Upside down style carriage house on a quiet dirt road close to town and the beaches. First floor entry hall with closet and washer and dryer. The first floor bedroom/study has 2 twin beds and a sofa chair sleeper. Half bath. Open staircase leads to back terrace and second floor. Second floor has a great room with cathedral ceiling, kitchen with custom cabinets & appliances. Granite counters and island. Hardwood floors throughout, living room with a wall of windows with nice views. Full tiled bath. Primary bedroom with Queen bed. Could be rented with main house for an added rate or main house could be rented separately.
Please note: A signed rental agreement is required to finalize your reservation. Even if your booking request is accepted through VRBO, it is not fully confirmed until the rental agreement has been reviewed and signed. Instructions to complete the agreement will be provided immediately after booking.
The edge of Town draws an arc that starts from Prospect Street by the Old Mill and sweeps west and north, ending right behind Cliff Road. The area has quickly built up since 2010, and is defined by accessible luxury. Sitting just outside the Old Historic District, the Edge of Town offers some of the closest homes to Town with pools, as well as many newly constructed residences with modern amenities.
