Why they chose this property
The Edna valley area has beautiful, sunny weather! Often when the beach areas have fog this house is in the sunshine! It is a warmer climate than the beach cities, but still a short 15-20 minute drive to get to the beach.
What makes this property unique
This property is unique because it is in the country. It is a new construction ADU. The main home is at the top of the hill on the property and they each have separate driveways and separate outdoor spaces. The property features a barn in between the homes and we have chickens and goats in the barn and horses on the neighboring properties.
