Located on Ponte Vedra Blvd. just south of the Lodge & Club.  This 3 bedroom 2 bath fully furnished condo is located across from the ocean.  The open front porch has seating for morning coffee & sunrise.  Master bedroom has  attached full bath with large walk in shower,  & access to the screened in back porch over looking Guana Preserve. Guest bedroom 1 has a queen bed & access to front porch, second guest bedroom has trundle & access to front porch also.  The guest bath has shower tub combo.  The kitchen  is fully appointed and stocked with cookware & accessories,.  Dining has seating for 4, w/ additional seating at bar.   Family room also has access to the large screened in back porch.  Cable, Internet, WI-FI, full size washer & dryer and so much more! Beach House has a marsh front community pool for guest use and is located near public PVB beach access. Close to Mayo Clinic, Jacksonville Beaches, historic St Augustine, Downtown Jacksonville, Mickler’s Landing etc.
