Sleeping Arrangements
The primary bedroom is arranged with a king bed, direct access to the lanai, and a flat screen HD TV with standard cable. The second bedroom includes two twin beds and its own flat screen TV, making it well suited for families or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms offer ample storage and are stocked with bed linens and bathroom essentials for a restful stay.

Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen provides a functional space for preparing meals during your stay, equipped with major appliances, cookware, and a dishwasher. A dining table nearby offers a comfortable place to gather for meals or plan the day ahead before heading out.

Comfort & Convenience
You will have WiFi throughout the condo along with a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay connected. Central heating and air conditioning, ceiling fans, and an in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, especially for longer visits. Free parking on the premises is available, with space for two vehicles.

Location & Community Amenities
The condo is located within Sawgrass Golf and Country Club and is a short walk from the beach via the community beach access point. Guests also have access to a community pool, offering a refreshing option close to home.
