Location is close to VIU and our grandson :) Suite was very clean. It has the basics for a short stay. Owner was right on top of message replies, easy communication.

Clean place, good communication with host. It is a basement suite and lots of noise from top floor. For what it is an apartment in a not so great area of Nanaimo it is a fair bit overpriced. Host could put some mirrors up in the bedrooms because there is only one bathroom. Would help with getting ready for a family.
