An oasis of relaxation—the Küstenoase in Norddeich



Completed in 2017, this 84-square-meter bungalow offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. The Küstenoase is situated in a fantastic location, just a short walk from the harbour, the beach, and many restaurants.



With two bedrooms, up to four guests will find a wonderful home away from home for a relaxing holiday. The entire living area is at ground level and barrier-free. You’ll also have a private garden with a large terrace for your exclusive use. The garden is fully fenced and screened for privacy.



The kitchen’s amenities will impress any home cook. A Senseo coffee machine awaits you.



The living room, like the bathroom, is equipped with underfloor heating. This spacious, light-filled room will be the heart of your stay in this coastal oasis. When the weather isn’t so good, relax on the cosy couch and enjoy the large flat-screen TV. The living room opens directly onto the terrace.



The lovingly decorated bedroom features a double bed with two nightstands and a wardrobe.



The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

Both bedrooms also have a TV.



The floor-to-ceiling shower in the bathroom invites you to relax—and you can even freshen up your laundry in the washing machine here.

Das Ferienhaus ist räumlich sehr gut aufgeteilt - als auch gut ausgestattet 👍 Die Lage ist sehr zentral - direkt vor dem Haus die Möglichkeit diverse Restaurants zu besuchen 👍 Das Haus verfügt über eine kleine - eingezäunte Terrasse - hier hätten wir ein Manko, da es keinen echten Garten gibt, sondern nur eine mit KUNSTRASEN ausgelegte Fläche (für Hundehalter nicht wirklich geeignet) Auch gehört zu dem Haus ein Parkplatz,welcher sehr eng im Bezug auf die Stellfläche ist - da rechts/links für andere Wohnungen ebenfalls enge Stellflächen sind Im allgemeinen ein schönes Ferienobjekt - insbesondere die Zentrale Lage

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, immer wieder gern

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Der Ort an sich ist schon sehr eng bebaut. So hat man im Garten Parkplätze um sich herum. Durch den Sichtschutz fällt es aber tatsächlich nur auf, wenn Bewegung auf den Parkplätzen gibt. Der eigene Parkplatz direkt hinterm Haus ist sehr praktisch bei der An-/Abreise.

Hell, großzügig geschnitten, modern

Wir waren über die Weihnachtstage zu Gast und hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Check-in war über einen Schlüsselsafe am Objekt perfekt. Den Code dazu erhielten wir bereits während der Anreise per Mail und konnten so früher als erwartet in die Unterkunft. Der Kontakt zum Vermietungsservice war sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist durch viele Fenster schön hell. Der Küchen/Wohnbereich bietet sehr viel Platz. Auch das Bad hat eine angenehme Größe. Im Ganzen ist die Wohnung modern eingerichtet und die Küchenaustattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben 2 ganz kleine Minuspunkte. - Das Sofa war leider bei Ankuft nicht abgesaugt. Die Vormieter hatten auf jeden Fall einen langhaarigen schwarzen Hund dabei. - Der Klinker auf der Türschwelle der Eingangstür ist bei Regenwetter extrem rutschig. Beim ersten verlassen des Objekts saß ich schneller auf dem Boden als ich gucken konnte. Vielleicht kann man dort mal einen anderen Belag aufbringen.

Rundum zufrieden

Rundum zufrieden spiegelt unseren Aufenthalt wieder. Eine Stunde vor Ankunft haben wir telefonisch die Mitteilung bekommen das wir schon ins Objekt dürfen. Es war sauber und sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super zentral zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, den Restaurants und vor allem zum Deich/Strand (was gerade mit Kindern egal welchen Alters sehr angenehm ist). Der Garten war auch schön angelegt, allerdings wurde er von uns nicht so oft genutzt, da wir bis abends unterwegs waren. Wir können es nur empfehlen, daher auch volle Sterne 😊👍🏻. Vielen Dank an das Team der Küstenzeit. Schöne Grüße

Schöne moderne Ferienwohnung

Die Aufteilung ist großzügig, neue schöne weiße Möbel. Ein Fehler allerdings: Die Mülltonnen stehen in der Nähe zur Küche, Wohnzimmer und Terrasse, deshalb viele lästige Fliegen. Dafür einen Punktabzug.

Familienurlaub

Die Küstenoase ist eine ganz tolle Ferienwohnung, die ich jedem absolut empfehlen kann! Sie ist sehr groß und richtig schön eingerichtet. Für unsere kleinen Kinder war der eingezäunte Garten perfekt und in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuß ist man am Strand. Auch viele Restaurants liegen in direkter Nähe. Wir würden diese Ferienwohnung jederzeit wieder buchen! P.S. Vielen Dank auch für das kleine Begrüßungsgeschenk für unsere Kinder, sie haben sich riesig gefreut.
