Wir haben schon einigemale im Amelander Kaap gewohnt und waren bisher auch immer sehr zufrieden. Leider war das dieses Jahr nicht der Fall, da im Appartement über uns der Fußboden dermaßen quietschte und man jedes Geräusch von oben gehört hat, was wenn man im Urlaub ist sehr nervig sein kann, besonders wenn man ausschlafen möchte. Die Matratzen im Bett sind auch eine Zumutung gewesen und die Kissen und Decken waren sehr fleckig. Auch den Geschirrspüler konnte man nicht verwenden. Nun alles in allem war ich dennoch zufrieden. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub.

Es tut mir sehr viel Leid dass Sie mich nicht während Ihres Aufenthaltes kontaktiert haben weil ich hatte gerne die Probleme mit Ihnen gelöst. Leider kann ich nachher jetzt nichts mehr für Sie tun weil Sie jetzt nicht mehr da sind. Ich werde aber Ihre Beschwerde seriös nehmen und die Bettdecken und Kissen erneuen. Super Wohnung mit tolle Lage
Die Lage ist perfekt, die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Wir hatten zeitweise kein warmes Wasser, nach einem kurzem Kontakt ist direkt der Fehler durch den Hausmeister behoben worden. Super Service!

Alles echt lekker!
geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage. Ort und Strand bequem mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Alles richtig gut.
Leider ist aber die Isolierung zur oberen Wohnung nicht so gut, so dass es bei jedem Schritt der Bewohner oben drüber quietscht. Da Menschen aber nachts schlafen und nicht rumlaufen, ist auch das nicht so schlimm.

schamel, horig en klein appartement in een groot vakantie complex.
we dachten een app. Te hebben geboekt in een huis met drie app. We kwamen terecht in een complex van meer dan 100 app! De vakantiewoning was te klein, te horig ( de bovenbuurman ijsbeerde door zijn hutje - ik weet nu alles van de buren), te weinig privacy ( we konden genieten van de kettingrokende buurvrouw), ons beloofde uitzicht op de duinen was een zicht op de overburen. Een afknapper. Gelukkig was het weer top en Ameland een mooi eiland.

Die Wohnung war sehr gut eingerichtet und aufgeteilt. Es war alles vorhanden um sich selber zu versorgen. Der Anschluss zum Hotel kann ich nur positiv bewerten.

Kurzurlaub auf Ameland (3 Tage)
Sehr schön eingerichtet, alles sauber und sehr modern. Gute Zentrale Lage. Das Hallenbad kann sofort uneingeschränkt genutzt werden, was klasse ist. Im direkten Restaurant in der Anlage sind die Preise zwar etwas höher, aber dafür ist der Service und das Essen auch ausgezeichnet. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter/in war problemlos und recht schnell bzw. einfach durchzuführen. Die Appartements sind perfekt für 2 Personen, aber auch ein Aufenthalt mit mehr Personen ist möglich. Ich würde jederzeit wieder buchen.
